As such, we follow the all encompassing standards of the North Carolina Healthy Built Home Program. We have been building our houses for years using most of these same techniques, however, we are now formally following the program. We use the latest green building technologies, and the best building materials.
We are a member of the NC Healthy Built Home program , along with the Energy Star program by the EPA. You can expect lower energy bills, better air quality indoors and increased market value if you ever decide to sell your home. We work hard to achieve the highest possible rating in these programs.
